Features

Do you support mobile phones and tablets?

Yes! We support all modern mobile devices with iOS (Apple), Android and BlackBerry. We're working on support for Windows8 currently.

And what about adaptive bitrate to accommodate various connection speeds?

Yes! Just use any encoder with multi-bitrate streaming like Adobe Flash Live Media Encoder, Wirecast or any other. Moreover, we're working on live transcoding so we'll create multi-bitrate stream on our side; supposed release date is Jan-Feb 2013.

Does your service offer a Pay-Per-View?

Wait for it... Yes! Just set up price and wait for money. You'll receive 90% of all payments. More...

Does your platform offer any mobile applications allowing for broadcasting from a mobile device?

We support RTMP, RTSP or RTP stream. We don't provide our own application, but you can develop your own or try existing 3rd parties applications like Livu. Many of our customers prefer to use streaming from IP cameras:

Can I broadcast from network IP security camera?

Yes! Many of our customers used their surveillance cameras for live streaming already thanks to our partnership with click2stream. If you don't have any IP cam, we recommend Axis or any other well known brand with h.264 and RTSP. There are also professional IP cams with zoom, pan and FullHD resolution, so they're suitable for long-time or repeating events.

Payments

Can I really use the free plan indefinitely?

Yes! You can use it for demo purposes or for small events. The only one limitation is max. 5 concurrent viewers. You can make an upgrade at any time to the paid plan without losing your configuration.

Do I have to pay anything based on the number of viewers?

No. The same price is charged for one hundred and for i.e. one thousand viewers. The maximum number is 2000 concurrent viewers currently and we're increasing this limit from time to time. If you expect more than the actual limit is, please contact us.

Do I have to pay for each hour?

No, You are charged per minute you have more than 5 concurrent viewers.

What payment methods do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. If you need another option, please write us!

When am i going to be charged?

In free plan never.
In paid plans you'll be charged for a credit for one hour of streaming after first order. Then you'll be automatically charged each week for the actual number of hours you have streamed.

Resellers and integrators

Do you have a white label program replacing your company info and logo with ours?

You can use your logo, embed player to your domainetc. Than, we'll have only small and unassuming watermark in bottom right corner.

Can we set up sub accounts for our clients?

We plan to add this option in near future, but now we're focused to add some new cool features like marketing tools, auto-share, new widgets, web based video switcher etc. -> check out our priority list.
