Pricing FAQ
Do you offer monthly plans?
Yes. We have decided to offer 2 basic monthly plans, both with all ProPlan features. First one is available for $99/month with a limitation of 200 concurrent viewers, the second one costs $399/month and is limited to 1 000 concurrent viewers. If you wish to activate one of those plans, contact us ». If none of the offered plans suits your needs or if you plan to stream 24/7, do not hesitate to ask us for special pricing conditions.
When will I be charged?
When you order you will be charged for 1 hour of streaming. Then you will be automatically charged each week for the actual number of hours you have streamed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
How long can I use the free plan?
We provide the free plan with no period limitation, but it is limited to 5 viewers. You can use it for testing or for small events. You can upgrade to the paid plan at any time, without losing your configuration.
Do I have to pay anything based on the number of viewers?
No. No matter how many viewers you have. The same price is charged for one hundred and for one thousand viewers. The maximum number is 2000 simultaneous viewers. If you expect more, please contact us.
Do I have to pay for each additional hour?
No. You are charged per minute, which means that if you stream for only half an hour, you will be charged for half an hour.
I want to test everything before my event starts. How am I charged for this time?
You can set everything up in advance. You are charged only for the length of your event, which you specify by pressing the “start” button.
